EGG New York is proud to offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $75. All in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within next 3 business days. If your item has sold out or there is any other problem with your order, you will be informed within 48 hours.
Preorders are currently planned to ship within 14 business days. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for any questions regarding delivery dates.
Due to the high volume of orders during our warehouse sale, orders may take up to 7 business days to process and ship. Thank you for your patience!
International Shipping
EGG New York currently ships via UPS Worldwide and UPS Worldwide Express. Please note all shipping, duties and taxes are at the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
EGG New York items that have been purchased at full price from eggnewyork.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, please follow the link here . You'll need your order number and shipping zip code. Once your item has been received back to our warehouse, we will process your exchange order or send you a store credit via email which is valid for one year from date of issue.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to Customer Care within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
EGG New York is not able to accept returns purchased from third party retailers. Please contact the original purchasing location directly for all return requests.
