Returns + Exchanges
Egg New York items that have been purchased at full price from our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Store credits are available in the form of e-gift cards to use online only. To redeem, add your desired product to your cart and apply your e-gift card number at checkout. For help, please contact our Care Team at support@eggnewyork.com.
